Quaint Holdings Limited was established on March 3rd, 2004, as a cleaning service company, but on November 26th of the same year, we transitioned into the road construction industry, where we’ve been successfully operating ever since without looking back.

In 2023, we designed and developed the QH Terrabond soil stabilizer specifically for unpaved roads. This innovative solution is engineered to provide all-weather usability and eliminate dust, making it suitable for use throughout all seasons of the year. The QH Terrabond stabilizer enhances the durability and performance of unpaved roads, ensuring reliable access and improved conditions for all users and has a warranty for a maximum of 4 years.

SOIL STABILIZATION WITH QII TERRA BOND
- PRODUCTION.
Soil stabilization is essential for improving soil strength and reducing expansiveness, especially in road construction. Traditional methods using lime, cement, and enzymes have limitations, including issues with quality, consistency, availability, and handling, especially with lime-based stabilization. Cement, while widely available and economical. is susceptible to Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR) and carbonation, leading to strength loss over time, especially under frequent wet and dry conditions.

Qh Terra Bond introduces advanced nanotechnology to enhance soil stabilization, erosion resistance, and dust control.Engineered for compatibility with Terra Bond solutions,
it stabilizes and waterproofs the soil surface, ensuring that soil below remains dry year-round.The polymer’s binding properties mitigate erosion, extending the durability of unpaved rural roads, reducing maintenance costs, and minimizing gravel loss from frequent rains.
